蜂蜜、甘芋、檜、干し葡萄、甘い余韻。
雲南古樹紅茶は多くの紅茶ファンが憧れる2つの香りを併せ持つ非常に珍しいお茶です。
東方美人のようなパウダリーな蜜の香りと、スリランカのウバや台湾の紅玉紅茶のような爽やかな檜の香りの両方を楽しむことが出来ます。

改めて2023年春摘みの雲南古樹紅茶と比べると、喉越しの深さとキビ糖そのものを連想させる甘い香り

煎を重ねても終わりそうにない味わいは秋の夜長にぴったりの紅茶です。

標高1,800〜3,000mのエリアを中心に樹齢200〜1000年の古樹のみから茶葉を摘んだ特別な紅茶です。

店主の主観ですが、茶樓雨香が始まってからこれまでずっとメニュー入りしている茶葉なので、熟成が進むに連れ雨香の時間の経過を感じる事ができる、ちょっとセンチメンタルな茶葉
