推定樹齢380年の托富王(塌堀后母樹の固有名詞)から挿し木で増やした二代目
古樹が多く自生している烏崠山の丹湖村(標高約700m付近)
その中でも選別された優秀な古樹1本のみから収穫された茶葉(単株)になります。

推定樹齢は150〜160年で黄梔香型と言われていますが、個人的にこの茶葉は最初の数煎までは姜花香に近い味わいも感じることができました

1〜3煎目：出汁、姜花香を連想させる味わい
4煎目以降：花香を伴う濃縮されたベリー系の甘い香りとミルキーな味わい

を味わうことができます。

特に3〜4煎目以降に突如として顔を出す目の醒めるようなフラワリーな香りとベリー系の甘い余韻は高級茶葉でしか味わうことのできない醍醐味です。
何も加えてないのに突如として味変が起こる飽きのこない茶葉です
