茉莉銀針の原料は高級白茶の代名詞と言われる銀色の産毛を纏った春摘みの白豪銀針。
そしてこの春摘みの白豪銀針に、一年で一番薫り高いと言われる晩夏に摘まれたジャスミンで着香をしたとても贅沢な茶葉です。

ジャスミン茶は一般的に緑茶をベースにして作られていて、ジャスミン茶の生産に白茶が用いられることは極めて希なことです。一般的な福建省福鼎の白茶は非常に高価で為に、ジャスミン茶のベース茶として使用されることは殆ど有りません。

白豪銀針の白茶としての品質の良さと、晩夏ジャスミンの薫りの見事なマリアージュにより、喉の奥どころか、胸の奥深くに吸い込まれるほどに強いコクと薫りを体験してみてください。

福建省福鼎のジャスミン茶専門の調合職人が雨の降らない夜に八夜連続すべて手作業で丁寧に調合したお茶からは苦味はまったく感じられず、後味がとても甘いことから、ジャスミン茶が好きな人にも苦手な人にも喜んで頂けるお茶だと思います。
